Second Angel attack in as many days... They're coming faster.

I... had to watch wasn't able to properly engage. Ayanami had to enage solo. Shinji wasn't able to pilot yet... He's still recovering from coming out of the LCL.

It... Ayanami self-destructed to take it out. It was infecting her Eva, trying to meld with her. I don't know... Shinji is rattled. Really rattled.

I should've been out there. I still can't operate Unit 02!

They're sending the Fifth to us. He's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

I'll kill him. I swear it. I'll wring his pale neck if I have to.

Everything is falling apart.
